Deciding whether to show your child’s face or share their life on social media is a tough decision for anyone. And if you’re an A-list celebrity and famous star like Katy Perry, that decision doesn’t come lightly. But three-year-old Daisy Dove finally made her first public appearance at Katy Perry’s final Vegas show, according to People.
As Perry was gearing up to perform her single “Hot n Cold,” during her final show of her Las Vegas residency “Play,” she paused and took a moment to shout out her daughter, and dedicate the show to her.
“Daisy I love you so much,” Perry said, as Daisy appeared on the screens of the show wearing her Minnie Mouse dress, waving to her mom. “You’re my best friend and I’m so glad you’re here,” Perry said.
According to a video posted to X, formerly Twitter, she said, “I created this show after the birth of my daughter, Daisy Dove. When I met her, it was like all the love I was ever searching for finally showed up.”

Perry said that Daisy made her whole and healed her, and showed her how to “play” again. Hence the name of her Vegas show.
“So this show is for everyone’s inner child and for the hope that maybe if we could all see life through the eyes of a child, we would be free. Because never forget, love is and will always be the key,” she said.
Katy Perry shares Daisy with her fiance Orlando Bloom. He was also present at the show and Perry also thanked him for being an incredible support system and “amazing father.”
The account @Kabloomupdates on X shared a video of Bloom dancing with Daisy during Katy’s performance of “Chained to the Rhythm.”
Perry also thanked her fans during her final bow, saying, “To my fans, what a wonderful celebration this has been.”
