Esther Tow is a first-generation entrepreneur. Brought up in Long Island, New York by Chinese immigrant parents, she was raised on the principles of ethics, determination, and integrity. She began her career within the fashion industry at Macy’s Herald Square. Her interpersonal and business savvy skills landed her a position as a Merchandiser for several renowned designers. When Esther transitioned into the jewelry industry, this is where her creativity flourished, and inspired the vision that would one day culminate into Inclusive Jewelry.
Throughout Esther’s career within the corporate fashion industry, she felt the lack of a nurturing and welcoming environment. To combat this cold reality, Esther was determined to funnel her desire for empowerment and acceptance across all barriers through her designs by providing customers with unique talismans.
The collections aim to encourage wearers to embrace their individual stories by celebrating their lives with joy. Inclusive Jewelry’s most central line is the Hashtag collection. Customers are provided a range of words conceptualized as hashtags to manifest actions and beliefs of positivity. Each line within Inclusive Jewelry has meaning and purpose that reverts to the original ideology of the brand. Esther hopes to expand her collections internationally and make the world a more beautiful place with beautiful jewelry to match.
