Bringing a new baby into the mix when you already have children at home can be challenging, but one mama from Texas is showing just how sweet older siblings can be. Celeste Anderson recently welcomed a baby girl named Serenity, and the immediate bond she shares with her teenage brothers J.J. and Tylen is going viral on TikTok. The duo is so nurturing with their baby sister, it’ll melt your heart right into a big ‘ol puddle on the floor.
Anderson has been sharing videos of 17-year-old J.J. and 15-year-old Tylen bonding with baby Serenity, amassing millions of views and thousands of likes and comments on her posts. Serenity’s doting big brothers clearly have so much love for their little sister, showering her with kisses and cuddles (even when she’s sleeping), setting up her bassinet, and enjoying some chill time with her any chance they get. She’s even taking to sleeping in her brothers’ bedrooms, because what could beat getting to snooze with your brothers right by your side?

The single mom told TODAY that she was initially nervous about the shift in dynamic when she found out she was pregnant with Serenity, admitting, “I knew it was going to be a lot of change.” But the pair immediately took to their big brother role, with Anderson adding, “They walk in and kiss my forehead and then it’s all about Serenity. They help me with diaper blowouts and bath time. The other night, she slept in Tylen’s bed and he was on the floor. It was the most beautiful thing. They want to be with her all the time.”
Tylen and J.J. were with their mama every step of the way during her pregnancy, with Tylen joining her for her first ultrasound appointment. “Having him there by my side and listening to her heartbeat was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.” He even taped Serenity’s ultrasound photos to his dresser. (We’re not crying, you’re crying.)
Both boys were also in the delivery room as Anderson welcomed Serenity. As she told TODAY: “I wasn’t sure how it would go, but they refused to leave my side.”
Now, the family of four is seemingly more tight-knit than ever before. “We always had love between us three, but it’s only deepened since Serenity was born,” the proud mama shared. Serenity is one lucky little lady to have such amazing big brothers, and their mom no doubt deserves all the love and support her sons have given to her along the way.
