Looking for a meaningful way to serve the Latino community?
The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the nation’s oldest and largest Latino grassroots civil rights organization, seeks talented and passionate interns to join us at the LULAC National Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Established in 1929, the League of United Latin American Citizens stands as the oldest and largest Latino civil rights organization in the U.S. With nearly 140,000 members spanning all 50 states and several U.S. territories, LULAC addresses a diverse array of issues including health, technology, education, immigration, civic engagement, and broadband expansion. Our extensive network comprises over 535 LULAC councils across the nation, actively involved at every level of government.
In collaboration with the LULAC National staff, interns can combine their academic interests with real-world experience in any of the following areas: youth programs, education programs, policy and legislation, health programs, communications, special events, resource development, immigration reform, LGBT advocacy, community mobilization, civic engagement, and federal relations.
Application Submission:
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis ahead of each academic session. Please upload your resume, unofficial transcript, and cover letter expressing interest and period of availability to [email protected]. Please include relevant LULAC Internship Position in the subject line of your email.
